Three Roll Rubber Calender

The 3-roll calender is vital continuous processing equipment widely utilized in the rubber and plastic industry. It mainly consists of three horizontally arranged rolls, driving system, roll gap adjusting mechanism, temperature control system and frame assembly. Before processing, rubber compound is preheated and plasticated. The material passes through the gaps between every two adjacent rotating rolls. Driven by the rolls at different rotational speeds, the rubber undergoes extrusion, shearing and stretching. The calender realizes rubber sheet forming, uniform thickness control, surface finishing and fabric coating.
