Calender is essential processing equipment widely utilized in the rubber and plastic industry. Its core function is to continuously press heated rubber or plastic materials into sheets with uniform thickness and smooth surface through a set of parallel rotating rollers. The calender mainly comprises driving system, roller assembly, roller gap adjusting device, temperature control system and safety protection devices.
