The cold feed extruder is key processing machinery extensively used in the rubber industry. Different from hot feed extruders, it can directly extrude rubber materials at ambient temperature without pre-warming and pre-mastication by mixing mills. The equipment mainly consists of driving system, screw, barrel, temperature control system and extrusion die. Its screw with a relatively large length-diameter ratio provides sufficient shearing, plasticizing and pressurization for cold rubber stocks. Independent multi-section temperature control prevents rubber scorching and guarantees uniform plasticization of materials.
