Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, this machine can precisely regulate process parameters for the vulcanization and forming of rubber V-belts, including temperature, curing time, pressure, stretching tension and belt length. It automatically completes equal-length vulcanization and rapid cooling shaping of rubber V-belts. The finished V-belts feature a small length tolerance of ±2.0 mm, which greatly improves product quality and yield rate of rubber V-belts.
