The hydraulic cylinder is constructed from high-strength premium ZG35 cast steel. The plunger adopts chilled cast iron with a hardness reaching HS68–75. The upper and lower cross beams adopt an integrated welded structure. Heating plates are machined from heat-treated high-quality 45# steel plates, with the working surface roughness reaching Ra1.6. The heat-conducting holes are drilled using deep-hole boring equipment in a single-pass operation, ensuring uniform heating temperature with a temperature differential of < ±3°C Custom sizes and spacing of heating plates are available to meet your demands. The vertical columns are made of 45# steel. This machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC, well-known brand motors, and YUKEN hydraulic components. Emergency stop buttons and full safety guarding devices are installed as standard for safe operation. Audible and visual alarm units for mold opening/closing anomalies and vulcanization parameter deviations are mounted atop the control cabinet. Overheat protection devices are integrated to mitigate operational hazards.
