Adopting high-rigidity frame structure and stable hydraulic system, the machine provides uniform and high mold clamping pressure, ensuring compact tire texture, no bubbles and stable overall quality. It is equipped with an automatic pressure compensation function. During operation, the system pressure drops gradually; when reaching the preset lower limit, the machine automatically boosts pressure to maintain constant vulcanization pressure.
