It is suitable for vulcanization and compression molding of rubber sheets, sealing gaskets, silicone fittings and various industrial rubber parts. All core process parameters are adjustable to fit different production formulas. Operators can set vulcanization duration and working pressure freely as required.

This machine is fitted with an automatic hydraulic pressure compensation system. During operation, system pressure will slowly decline. When pressure falls to 13–14 MPa, the hydraulic system automatically repressurizes back to 15 MPa to keep steady clamping force. Exhaust pressure must always be lower than working pressure to eliminate air bubbles inside finished products.
