This four-column vulcanizing machine is specially designed for rubber molding, vulcanization and compression forming of rubber products such as silicone parts, rubber gaskets and industrial rubber accessories.

Equipped with four vertical thickened guide columns, the equipment delivers stable mold clamping force, excellent parallelism of upper and lower heating plates and uniform pressure distribution across the entire mold surface. The hydraulic system features automatic pressure compensation: the working pressure gradually drops during operation, and the system automatically boosts pressure back to the set value once the pressure falls to the preset threshold.
