Main Features
1. Fully sealed design allows materials to be mixed and plasticized under preset pressure, delivering high production efficiency with excellent and consistent product quality.

5. Material feeding is available via the rear door of the frame (an independent top ram door is optional) to facilitate continuous production line operation. The mixing chamber can tilt forward 140° around the front rotor for discharging.
6. The rotors are made of 42CrMo alloy steel with a 0.1~0.15 mm thick chrome plating layer, reaching a surface hardness of HRC52. The hollow rotor structure ensures superior water cooling performance.
7. The mixing chamber is constructed from cast steel or welded alloy steel. Its inner cavity is chrome-plated and mirror-polished, and the working surface is hard-chromed for ultra-high wear resistance.
8. The electric control system adopts world-famous brand electrical components and PLC programmable logic controllers, providing stable and reliable control with fault alarm functions. Electrical components and wiring are neatly arranged, equipped with safety interlock protection, and reserved with serial communication ports for network connection.
9. The machine is equipped with an independent temperature and time control system, which delivers precise temperature control and easy operation, enabling optimal material dispersion and homogeneity during mixing.
