Internal mixer mastication of raw rubber belongs to high temperature mastication, the minimum temperature is above 120°C, generally between 155°C and 165°C. Raw rubber is subject to high temperature and strong mechanical action in the chamber of the internal mixer, resulting in severe oxidation, and can obtain ideal plasticity in a short period of time. Therefore, the main factors affecting the plasticizing of raw rubber in the internal mixer are:

(1) Equipment technical performance, such as rotor speed, etc.,

(2) Process conditions, such as time, temperature, wind pressure and capacity, etc.
